I have included my Perfect Flex in the Firmware ;

This is how the phone SHOULD have come from the factory including all the important steps in my old guide, Flashed firmware and flex
Plus all the tricks I have learn.
I have also added a black skin named xdesignblack which I have modified.
I have performed extra tweaks to make it as unbranded/generic as possible
And corrected all the stupid Motorola initial settings so it is just good to go !

I have kept it as basic as possible so You can just add whatever You need to the phone afterwards and personalise it the way You want
Just flash and use, no tweaking necessary !
I have unhidden all the important settings;
5 seconds backlight minimum
Lock to 2g setting available (900/1800 band)
Agps set to off at start
Calendar alarms set to on when power off
Calendar week view enabled (and view bug corrected)
All settings changed for best battery performance
No useless pictures
No operator text/useless icons on home screen with new skin
No startup/end sound or animation
XDesignblackv3 skin modified by me and original moto skin
Video capture lengh extended to maximum (11minutes is the max, longer does not work)
Flex edited to enable all agps functions and java loader etc
Ability to copy files between card and phone added
Volume up/down and low battery tones reduced to a low volume
Motorola Digital audio player and standard games included
Gprs icon hidden until active
Voda and h3g java certs added
no locked shortcuts
