Particle Photon

Photon – a particle representing a quantum of light or other electromagnetic radiation. A photon carries energy proportional to the radiation frequency but has zero rest mass.

Particle Photon is new dev kit from Particle, I just got it recently and want to compare it with older Spark Core, I got 2 of Cores from the their Kickstarter campaign more then a year ago. And by the way company was called spark before, now they called Particle.

So what is Particle Photon, it is a Wi-Fi development kit for creating connected products with improved capability and reliability (quote from the website)

I don’t want to tell the same stuff posted on their website you can read it yourself here – http://blog.particle.io/2014/11/12/introducing-the-19-dollar-photon/ but I will voice my opinion and we take a look at close on each of the dev kits also I will mentioned few thing not covered there.  Also a that link check the comparison table between Photon and Core.
