Repairing TEAC V-700 Cassette Deck

This wonderful 3 head cassette deck TEAC V-700 definitely worth restoring!

Purchased this deck off ebay very cheaply and decided it worth a shot to give it good repair. There was definitely few issues in place but biggest one was that it was not playing or rewinding.
